Key Features of the WiseVisa Program
Accessible Investment Threshold
The qualifying investment amount is €250,000, in line with the Italian Investor Visa framework.

Capital Supported by Real Assets
The invested capital is supported by a portfolio of real assets, with an asset base that consistently exceeds the total repayment obligation throughout the investment period.
A significant portion of the portfolio consists of properties acquired in the distressed and NPL market at substantial discounts. This acquisition strategy creates an immediate value uplift, providing a strong safety buffer that reinforces the asset backing of the investment.
The exit strategy, based on equity withdrawal, is executed through the orderly liquidation of safe-haven assets and selected real estate portfolios, supporting the planned capital repayment in accordance with the investment program terms.
Clear timeframe
The investment must be maintained for a minimum of three years, as per the Italian law. Extensions are optional and entirely at the investor’s discretion.

The Investor Visa Framework
The Italian Investor Visa is a long-term entry visa granted on the basis of a qualifying investment, allowing non-EU citizens to enter Italy and subsequently apply for an Italian residence permit. Once issued, the Italian residence permit allows the holder to move freely across the entire Schengen Area (29 countries) for travel and short stays, in accordance with applicable regulations.
